— THE OBJECTIVE —

The ask was to create a series of customer care videos for the newly-launched Roomba Combo™ j7+. While the request was simple, it was used it as an opportunity to explore and push the final result towards the new direction of the brand. With only slightly extra efforts and small changes in lighting, props and styling, the overall look went from cold and sterile to warm and relatable at no more cost than the original video styling.
